2005 Bermuda Cent

The most common of the copper-plated zinc cents issued from 1998-2008. Currently new Bermudan cents are copper-plated steel until steel becomes too expensive to use.

This was a nice coin but someone's fingerprint has caused that thin layer of copper to permanently  stained. Acid from our fingers is highly reactive to most metals especially with copper. At least the side with boar is fairly sharp looking. The hair and blades of grass are very defined and unscratched.

Here's the stats from top left...
Type/Country: 1 Cent / Bermuda
Year: 2005
Mintage: 3,200,000
Metal: Copper-Plated Zinc
Value: $0.10 in VF

Do you have a coin from Bermuda and want to know its value? Leave a comment/question and I will do my best to find out the price and history for you.
